💳 Subscriptions & Billing

How do I manage my subscription?

All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select the app subscription you want to manage
  5. You can cancel, change plans, or turn off auto-renewal

How do I cancel my subscription?

Follow the steps above to access your subscriptions, then tap Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple, not the developer:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the purchase you want to return
  4. Click Report a Problem
  5. Select the reason and submit your request

Note: The developer does not have access to process refunds directly. All purchases go through Apple, and only Apple can issue refunds.

🔧 Troubleshooting

The app is crashing or not working properly

Try these steps:

  1. Force quit and restart: Swipe up from the bottom (or double-click home button), swipe up on the app to close it, then reopen
  2. Check for updates: Open the App Store, go to Updates, and install any available updates
  3. Restart your device: Turn your iPhone/iPad off and back on
  4. Reinstall the app: Delete the app and reinstall from the App Store (your subscription will remain active)

My subscription isn't working / features are locked

Try these steps:

  1. Restore purchases: Open the app and look for a "Restore Purchases" button (usually in Settings or on the subscription screen)
  2. Sign out and back in: Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription
  3. Check subscription status: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions to verify the subscription is active

I'm not receiving notifications

Check your notification settings:

  1. Open Settings on your device
  2. Scroll down and tap the app name
  3. Tap Notifications
  4. Make sure Allow Notifications is turned on
  5. Configure your preferred notification style
